From the vineyards of Conca de Barberá in Tarragona, we produce this classical line of Cavas using only the highest quality grapes in Catalonia. Its elegance and classic packaging have gained considerable recognition in markets worldwide. Fun, clean, and crisp, these Cavas make an ideal party refreshment and have been developed specifically with festive occasions with friends and family in mind.

 

Grapes: Macabeo 70%, Parellada 30%

Secondary fermentation adheres strictly to the rules of the traditional method.

In bottle for a minimum of 10 months.

Total Acidity Tartaric: 5,6 g/l

Alcohol Content: 11,5 %

PH: 3,22

Residual Sugar: 10,8 g/l

Tasting Notes: Color: Straw yellowish colour with greenish hints, clean and clear.

Nose: Fruity, citrus and green apple aromas with very agreeable ageing notes.

Palate: Well-structured in the mouth with elegant bubble, well-balanced with a refreshing ending.

Serving Temperature: Enjoy between 6ºC - 8ºC
